This beautiful 2000sf home is located in the heart of North Scottsdale and features 3BR/2BA with transitional decor and a spacious resort-style backyard. The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests (maximum of 6 adults) between 3 bedrooms and is great for families. It has soaring 15' ceilings with an open single-level floor plan and a fully fenced pool for the safety of our young guests. There are 3 counter stools at the island in the eat-in kitchen with granite counters and a dining table for 6 nearby. Watch your favorite movies, shows or sporting events on 4 flat panel HDTVs throughout. There are board games and puzzles, DVD movies, books, cruiser bicycles, private pool, spa and a private practice putting green. There are also two public, lighted tennis courts located around the corner and 2 tennis rackets are provided as well. Free WiFi. The backyard offers a private heated outdoor pool & spa with waterfall, 5-hole putting green (putter happily provided), built-in gas BBQ & refrigerator, firepit, professional landscape lighting and plenty of patio furniture for relaxing outdoors. We also offer 2 cruiser bicycles for your exploration of this vibrant area of Scottsdale. The home is walking distance (1/2 mile) to the exclusive Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter shopping and dining. It is also located adjacent to the 27-hole, world-class Kierland Golf Course, and just steps away from 30-acre park with lighted tennis (2 tennis rackets provided). Grocery, pharmacy, deli, Starbucks, etc. also just 1 mi from home. Baby Gear: We gladly provide a pack n' play portable crib, high chair, dining booster seat and a stroller upon request, so please let us know if you would like these during your stay! There is also kids dinnerware, kids cups and kids silverware. The pool is fully fenced for children's safety. A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. Pool heating is optional and available for $50/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 83-86 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.
