Villa Kubana, also known as WV KUB, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Colombier within minutes of the beach and shopping. Tucked away in the hills, this villa offers sweeping views of Flamands Bay and nearby islands. The décor is a mix of red and gold walls, exotic zebra and cumaru wood, and modern furnishings. The covered open-air living area has comfortable Dedon sofas with white cushions, while the dining area has a huge glass table with a unique base and chairs. Adjacent to the living area is the modern, gourmet kitchen. A small indoor den features plush white sofas and wooden floors. One bedroom is located on the main level, while the other 2 bedrooms are accessed by a central stairway, which is also the focal point of the villa. Beneath the stairway is a whimsical landscaped area with large gray pebbles and contrasting sand. The upstairs bedrooms have French pine floors, teak king-size beds, en suite bathrooms with Italian glass tiles and large showers, and private sun terraces. The bedroom on the ground level has an en suite bathroom, sitting area, and twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. This bedroom also has access to a terrace with a sun shower, but does not offer a view. A wooden deck surrounds the pool, which is equipped with a current machine. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and den, WiFi, a charcoal barbecue, and French and U.S. satellite TV. Villa WV KUB comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is appropriate for older children and teens, but is not suitable for young children due to the landscape.
