Villa Plein Sud, also known as WV VAN, is a 2-bedroom villa located in Colombier within minutes of the beach and shopping. Built against the green cliffs, this multi-level villa with stairs offers spectacular ocean views. The living room is comfortably furnished and opens to a small dining area and terrace with view. A breakfast bar with stools separates the well-equipped kitchen from the living room. A stairway leads to the master bedroom, which is located in a connecting bungalow and has a king-size bed and a bathroom with ocean view. Another stairway leads to the second bedroom, which is located high above the other rooms. This bedroom features an en suite bathroom, view of the harbor, and twin beds, which can be made into a king-size bed upon request. A covered terrace features a small dining area outside. Loungers are located near the pool, making this an ideal spot to sunbathe. The house also has air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, WiFi on the main level, a gas grill, and French satellite TV and a Dish network. Villa WV VAN comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is appropriate for children, ages 10 and older, but not suitable for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs.
