Villa Beach House, also known as WV COS, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Mont Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This ultra-modern villa has minimalist décor, which creates a fresh and airy atmosphere and allows the view of Marigot Bay to take center stage. Clean lines of contemporary furniture flow easily from the dining room into the spacious living room. Beyond the living room is a glassed-in terrace with a dining table that seats 10 adults. An office area, a guest bath, and a designer kitchen, with its appliances artfully concealed in the cabinetry, complement this indoor living space. From the indoor living area is a set of stairs leading down to a large, sunny terrace with a generously-sized pool and a second guest bathroom. The terrace is a delightful, spacious venue to entertain friends and family while overlooking Marigot Bay. Four bedrooms are located in separate areas, offering ultimate privacy. One of the 2 master suites is located on the pool level and includes sumptuous linens, an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, a walk-in closet, and a lovely terrace. Two spacious bedrooms are located above the main house at the parking level, while the second master suite is located on the main level. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and luxurious linens. The house also comes with WiFi, a Bose sound system, fax machine, and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Beach House comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not permit children.
