Villa Oceana, also known as WV OCT, is a 2-bedroom villa located in Vitet within minutes of several beaches and shopping. The villa faces east, and features spectacular sunrises and a panoramic view of the bay. The living room with built-in sofas and dark wooden floors looks out to the pool and ocean view. A ladder leads from the living room to a small loft area above. A well-equipped gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar and double sinks, and faces the view. Each air-conditioned bedroom is located in a private bungalow, and has a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom, and mosquito netting. One bedroom is located on a higher level than the main house and has a sun deck with view. The second bungalow is located on the lower level near driveway. A gazebo on the front terrace offers shade for hammocks and a barbecue. A deck with chairs surrounds the pool, offering an ideal spot to sunbathe. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, a fax machine, and French satellite TV. Villa WV OCT comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not allow children
