Villa Cricket, also known as WV KAT, is a 3-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa is nicely renovated. The kitchen and living room are in a separate, air-conditioned section. The modern and spacious kitchen has a large island, which serves as a breakfast bar. Located a few steps down is the spacious living area, which is furnished with a large sectional sofa and a round dining table with seating for 6 guests. The living area looks out to the deck terrace with outdoor living and dining areas. Adjacent to the living room and looking out to the pool are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. Each bedroom has a dressing area and en suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is located in an independent studio apartment and has a kitchenette, separate outdoor living area, twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed, and space to add extra beds. A deck with chairs surrounds the pool. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill, a Bose sound system, and U.S. satellite TV. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but does not allow pets.
