Villa WV OUI is a 4-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This private villa enjoys spectacular sunsets and looks out over the landscape and ocean. The living room has warm lighting, comfortable sofas and chairs, and opens to the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and colorful hand-painted dishes. The living room leads to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, which comfortably seats 10 guests around a beautiful wooden table. The 4 bedrooms are inviting and cheery with colorful linens and painted walls. Bedrooms 1 and 2 connect together and have king-size beds, antique furniture, and en suite marble bathrooms. The third bedroom opens to the living room, and has a king-size bed and marble bathroom. The fourth bedroom connects to the third bedroom, and has an en suite bathroom and twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. The breezy terrace features a large swimming pool (heated in winter only) with several seating areas and loungers. The house also has air-conditioning in bedrooms, WiFi and high-speed Internet, a fax machine, a gas grill, and use of shared tennis courts near the beach. This is a non-smoking property. Villa WV OUI comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
