Villa Milonga, also known as WV MLA, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Marigot within minutes of 2 beaches and shopping. This hillside villa offers panoramic views of the bay. The large, open living and dining space, which is tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and art, overlooks the pool and the view. A large, well-equipped kitchen opens to an indoor dining area and has plenty of counter space for food preparation. The bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, private bathrooms with showers, and dramatic views of the sea. The master bedroom is located off the living room, while the 2 other bedrooms are located in separate bungalows. All of the rooms have king-size beds except 1 bedroom that has twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. The living area opens to an outdoor dining area under a covered terrace and, just beyond, a heated Jacuzzi. Located down a few steps is the pool. The house also has WiFi, an outdoor barbecue, and Direct TV. Villa WV MLA comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 10 and older, but does not allow pets.
