Villa Mes Amis, also known as WV AMI, is a traditional Antilles 4-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This villa offers panoramic views of the ocean and nearby islands, and year-round sunsets. Lush, tropical gardens surround the entrance. The living room is elegantly decorated with wood furniture, tumbled marble floors, French blue sofas with yellow accents, and tropical plants, creating a traditional West Indian ambiance. A covered terrace houses an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 guests, while Rattan sofas and chairs face the ocean view. A second dining area with built-in barbecue grill is located under a gazebo, which overlooks the long, heated infinity pool and terrace with loungers. Two bedrooms are located in the main building and have 4-poster king-size beds, en suite bathrooms (one with an outdoor shower), and private terraces with ocean views. The two other bedrooms are located in a separate pavilion, which is accessible from outside or through the main building's tropical gardens. One bedroom has a 4-poster king-size bed, while the other has twin beds. The house also has WiFi, high-speed Internet, and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Mes Amis comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa allows children, ages 12 and older, with an approved request. Smoking is not permitted.
