Villa Gustavia, also known as WV GIA, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This fully renovated villa on the cliffs offers gracious ocean and sunset views. The large, bright living space is divided in 2 parts. The first part is the open living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a large screen TV. A breakfast bar connects the living room to the modern, well-equipped gourmet kitchen, which has appliances hidden behind panels. A separate preparation and storage area completes the kitchen. Caribbean louver doors on both sides of the living area and kitchen allow for natural cooling by gentle breezes. The second part of the generous living space is the semi-open terrace, where a large dining table and additional seating face the stunning ocean views. Next to the entrance is a small, air-conditioned office. The master bedroom with its spacious dressing area and ensuite bathroom is accessed through a hallway. This room has a separate terrace with seating. Below the master bedroom is a second master suite, located just steps from the large pool. Adjacent to a gazebo is the third, smaller bedroom. Each of these bedrooms has a king-size bed and U.S. satellite TV. An auxiliary kitchen was added underneath the gazebo on the far end of the pool for outdoor cooking and dining. A large deck with lounge chairs and a covered gazebo surrounds the pool. This house also has a gated entry and WiFi. Villa Gustavia, or WV GIA, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
