Villa Lilas, also known as WV LUZ, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Camaruche within minutes of the beach and shopping. This 3-level, fully air-conditioned villa offers beautiful views of the bay. The common areas are very spacious and comfortable. The living room is furnished with large plush sofas, desks, and a small library. A well-equipped kitchen has a bar area with stools. The master bedroom is located on the pool level and has a 4-poster king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and private terrace. Twin pullout beds are available in the suite to accommodate 2 additional guests. The other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms. A dining area with large, built-in barbecue is located under the main, covered terrace near an outdoor living area. A second dining area and teak lounge chairs surround the pool on the mid-level. Gorgeous tropical plantings surround the property. The house also has WiFi and high speed Internet, satellite TV, and beach chairs and umbrellas. Villa Lilas comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
