Villa Nita, also known as WV ITA, is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Lorient within minutes of the beach and shopping. This modern, hillside villa has exquisite views of the bay. The living area opens to the deck and view, and features 4 sections: a TV area, an indoor dining area with seating for 6 guests, a small sitting area with view and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on either side of the living area, and have queen-size beds and modern bathrooms with spacious showers. The lower-level bedroom is located at the entrance of the villa and has a king-size bed or twin beds, an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace with view. While the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, window screens allow ocean breezes to cool the rooms. A deck spans the full length of the villa with an infinity edge pool on one side. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill and U.S. and French satellite TV. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
