Villa Apache, also known as WV APC, is a modern 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the action of Gustavia. Surrounded by tropical gardens, this villa offers privacy as well as expansive views of the hills and sea. On the upper level is the kitchen, which opens onto a covered dining area. The upper level living area extends onto a terrace with infinity pool. This level also has 2 bedrooms, while the lower level features 2 bedrooms, which open to a terrace. All 4 bedrooms feature queen-size beds, air-conditioning, and en suite bathrooms with showers. The villa also has safes in 2 bedrooms, WiFi, an iPod docking station, Apple TV, and both French and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Apache comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for younger children.
