Villa Bel Ombre, also known as WV SCA, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Marigot within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This hillside villa has sweeping views of the bay. Bamboo plants adorn the entrance for this 1-level house, which is decorated in different shades of beige and white. The comfortably furnished living area opens on both sides, making it light and airy. A breakfast bar with stools separates the well-equipped kitchen from the indoor dining room with seating for 8 guests. A covered terrace houses an outdoor living area furnished with Rattan sofas and overstuffed cushions, and a dining area. The 3 bedrooms open onto the pool terrace with view. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with large shower, and screens to allow natural breezes. The master bedroom opens to a private terrace with a heated Jacuzzi surrounded by lush vegetation. A terrace with loungers and a covered sitting area surrounds the heated infinity pool, which has steps and a sitting ledge. The house also has WiFi, beach accessories, a gas grill, and U.S. satellite TV. Villa WV SCA comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, and a caretaker. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
