Villa Ginger, also known as WV GIN, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Petite Saline within a short drive of several beaches. Located high in the hills above Lorient, this exquisite, brand new villa enjoys panoramic views. The long driveway leads up the hill to the entrance and main deck, which was placed adjacent to the house to face the view. Located between the pool and living room is a large dining area, which accommodates 12 guests. The indoor living area opens to the stunning view and tropical breezes. Located directly behind a U-shaped sofa in the living room is a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen. Three bedrooms are situated on either side of the living room. Each bedroom comes with a European king-size bed, U.S. and French satellite TV, and a dressing area that separates the bedroom from the ensuite bathroom. Each bathroom has an indoor shower, which can be fully opened to the outside, and large windows that look out on a private little garden. On the lower level are 2 additional bedrooms that are slightly smaller, with less open bathrooms. In front of these bedrooms is a large Jacuzzi surrounded by comfortable seating in a cove-like setting. The large fitness room on this level includes an additional kitchen. The expansive, 60-ft. pool leads to the gazebo, sun deck, a grill area, and a large lounge deck, which is partially shaded by palm trees. This villa also comes with Apple TV, iPod docking stations, and WiFi. Villa Ginger, or WV GIN, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
