The lot is approximately 8,000 square feet, and because of its shape and intense vegetation, it is virtually impossible to see the house and pool area from the street. Casa Los Charcos is the most private villa in all of Playacar. The 625-square-foot pool is “partially” heated (Mon – Sat) and reaches seven feet at its deepest. It has a diving board and 6 seats with jets.
