Guests of Howzat can enjoy the use of the property golf cart as well as all of the amenities of the Royal Westmoreland Resort. These include golf, tennis, gym, sanctuary, club house, and beach facilities located at Mullins, St. Peter.

The Colonial style villa is nestled amongst tropical landscaped gardens. This villa provides comfortable island living where you can enjoy privacy relaxing around the pool or on the beach at the exclusive Sandy Lane Owners Beach CluB.

As you enter the gates of Clemrose House the Cottage is located on your left. The Cottage includes a small living, dining area and kitchen with two en suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds.
