Casa Caiman features 7400 sq ft of beautiful interiors with an outdoor space including shaded decks, terraces off of each suite, a dining area, and pool area. It is a wonderful respite and home base for the adventures, and civilized pleasures like golf and tennis, to be had in Costa Rica. Vista Hermosa is a virtual treasure trove of artwork, from the paintings on the wall, to some of the furniture. The owner is a well-traveled interior decorator, and the family has collected art pieces from around the world.  It certainly becomes home, guests can lounge on the Bali bed on the Master Suite Terrace, or stay under AC looking out toward sea from the Haitian bed inside. Spend the day soaking up the irresistible weather at the condo’s shared pool.

*Guests have the option of renting both villas for the two months or a villa and a condo for the duration of their stay.

Distance:  Caiman (Lot 635) and Belvedere (Lot 550 )are at either end of the 13th hole.  And the condos are located a 5 min walk from Belvedere on a flat road in Las Terrazas.  It is under a mile driving from Belvedere to Caiman (but note that if you were to walk on the golf cart path, it would be about a third of a mile).
