This villa is located within the gated community of Royal Westmoreland, with 24 hour security, and has social membership allowing their guests access to the various amenities of the resort, as well as personal club membership to The Fairmont Royal Pavilion, with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. A daily resort fee applicable to all villa renters from 1st August 2018. The daily resort fee has been set at US$20.00 per villa per day. This fee will be payable at such time as the Club issues guest cards to the villa renter.
