Large picture windows and shutters towards the beach offer breathtaking pool and sea views (child safety bars are installed for added security). Two of the bedrooms are located off the sitting room, including the master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds. A spiral staircase connects all floors and leads up to a charming third bedroom in the loft space, complete with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort. The spiral staircase also leads downstairs to a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining alcove, as well as the fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (please note that this bedroom is suitable for single occupancy only). A door from the kitchen opens to the enclosed garden, which is surrounded by mature trees, providing shade and privacy. The garden features a good-sized swimming pool and deck with sun loungers. Adjacent to the pool and deck, you'll find an alfresco dining area with a gazebo, as well as another covered area with a built-in coral stone bar and a barbecue for outdoor entertaining. A stunning stretch of beach is just a few steps away through an arched gateway, complete with a wall-mounted shower for rinsing off after a refreshing swim in the crystal blue waters.
