The open rhythm of the house lends itself to indolent leisure, with living quarters on the ground floor and a lovely wrap around patio from which to capture the first glow of sunrise, as it storms the horizon of the Atlantic Ocean, before it runs into the wash of a new dawn. The kitchen is compact, but surprising in storage as there is a walk-in pantry for stocking up with groceries. Two en-suite bedrooms and a powder room for ease of entertainment complete the floor plan, with one en-suite and the powder room located on the ground floor. The upper level comprises the master bedroom; an expansive open loft aspect with a sea facing patio and a Swedish shower room, inclusive of a 7' Japanese soaking tub..... Housekeeping services are provided on a weekly basis for a linen re-fresh and light clean, as is the garden service for a crisp tidy outdoor appearance. Should a daily housekeeping service with breakfast service be required, this can also be arranged at a minor cost.
